Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the United States. For an additional charge, we offer overnight delivery to certain locations.

How long does an order take to arrive? 

Standard shipping takes about 5 to 7 business days during the regular season. In December and June, shipping times may take longer. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders of more than $100. 

What do I do if I don’t receive my order?

We track all orders from the moment they leave our shop. If your item doesn’t arrive on time, let us know and we’ll locate it for you. If the order can’t be rerouted to you within 24 hours, we’ll refund the shipping charges.

Returns

What items are eligible for return?

Please note, items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered, and it may take 2-3 business days to process from the date of arrival. When returning please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. Cenla Designz does not provide shipping labels for returns.

Merchandise exchange process must be initiated within 14 days of receiving order.

Merchandise must be unworn , unaltered, undamaged, unused and unwashed.

Merchandise must have all tags, accessories, and original paperwork.

For footwear, just include the original shoe box in its original condition without postal labels.

Final "sale" and "discounted" items may not be returned.

I received an item as a gift? Can I return it?

Gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. They’ll be treated as a regular return, and you’ll receive a gift card for their current selling price. Note that gifts can be returned within 28 of the date on which they were purchased.
